NEPARF is a human pup community based in Northeast Pennsylvania located in Scranton. Founded by Sub Woofer and Pup Deke (fbgearlover) in 2024, our goal is to create a safe community space where pups, handlers, or pup admirers can talk, hangout, and mosh with us.
